It’s no secret that I am a firm believer in leaning on essential oils for emotional support.  Our typical go-to blend for settling down to focus on school work is the Chillax roller.  It’s a fantastic, calming combination, and I love the scent.

We recently received a new blend in our wellness box, though, and it’s perfect for school time.  The KidScents Geneyus roller came absolutely free with my July Essential Rewards order.

I confess I didn’t even have my eye on this blend because we always use the Chillax roller.  But I’m so glad for the opportunity to try something new, because it’s quickly becoming a favorite.

The Geneyus blend is part of the Young Living’s KidScents line, which is formulated specifically with children and babies in mind.  The oil rollers arrive ready to use, already diluted enough to make them safe for young little ones.  I love this because more dilution is needed for children, so it takes the guesswork out of how much to dilute the oils.  By simply replacing the top of the bottle with a roller fitment, it’s ready for immediate use.

It’s a perfect combination for sitting down to focus and keeping distractions to a minimum.  The scent of these oils promotes a clear and grounding feeling, minimizing stress and creating an environment where brain power can thrive.  Promoting clarity, alertness, concentration, and calmness, it’s a perfect roller blend for school time.

It has quickly become my son’s favorite oil roller of choice.  I love how empowered he feels to grab it out of the drawer and roll it on his wrists and temples.  Learning to recognize when feelings of distraction are creeping in, as well as when he needs a little extra support, has been a skill we’ve been working toward for a long time.  This blend is yet another tool in the natural toolbox for him, and I’m so grateful!
