I equip parents to learn + cultivate the wholistic practices that nurture their children’s body, mind + spirit. Focusing heavily on wholistic food and lifestyle changes, I empower families to manage + balance common symptom contributors that support the behavior challenges, learning differences, and emotional dysregulation that can accompany neurodivergence, offering freedom to lead healthier, happier, more resilient lives.
Common Symptom Contributors
U.S. Health Statistics show
1 in 9
U.S. children has a diagnosis of ADHD and approximately 5 out of every 100 children are prescribed medication to treat symptoms, with 90% of children going on to experience symptoms in adulthood
20 Percent
of American children are diagnosed with learning disabilities like dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and auditory processing disorder, which is a higher prevalence compared to the worldwide rate of 15%
1 in 31
American children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with prevalence in boys being 1 in 20 and Californian children being impacted at a rate of 1 in 12.5, and the number continues to climb exponentially
Over Half
of American children suffer from at least one chronic health condition and 20% of children under the age of 12 take prescription medications to manage symptoms
One-third
of U.S. children have been impacted by at least one adverse childhood experience (ACE), making them more susceptible to chronic health concerns, behavior challenges, and learning differences
40 Percent
of American high schoolers have experienced symptoms of depression and one in five have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or behavior/conduct disorders
But Thankfully, there is hope.
Wholistic food and lifestyle changes can offer significant support for the symptoms associated with neurodivergence because they eliminate distractions and nurture proper bodily function. When our children’s bodies are calmer inside, they feel better and are more equipped to think and maintain control of themselves so they can lead healthier, happier, more resilient lives. I’ve seen the positive results in behavior and regulation in my own family and in countless others. My wellness protocols are not medical recommendations, but they beautifully complement therapies and medical interventions to support children wholistically. I’d be honored to walk alongside your family in your journey.
