Functional Wellness
Equipping The whole Family to uncover hidden health imbalances & build healthier foundations through Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and functional wellness strategies

Whether you are
Looking for support for yourself, your child, or your whole family, I take a whole-person approach to nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, and overall well-being
Does this sound familiar?
You know something isn’t quite right, but you’re not sure where to start?
Maybe …
- Your child struggles with constipation, stomachaches, selective eating, or poor sleep.
- Your teen has low energy, difficulty focusing, or an increasingly restricted diet.
- You know you need to adopt a lower-tox lifestyle but don’t know where to start.
- You’re exhausted and overwhelmed trying to figure out what your family actually needs.
- You’re navigating ADHD or autism and want to support your child’s physical health without trying to change who they are.
- You’ve received conflicting advice about nutrition, supplements, or functional screenings.
- You want to be proactive about your family’s health—but don’t know which information to trust.
You don’t need another overwhelming list of things to do.
You need someone who can help you understand what’s going on and figure out what makes sense for your family.
Look at the Whole Picture
Health is rarely about one isolated symptom.
Nutrition affects digestion.
Digestion affects nutrient absorption.
Sleep affects stress and energy.
Stress affects everything.
Rather than chasing symptoms individually, I look at the interconnected foundations that influence how you and your family feel.
Creating sustainable, nutrient-dense, whole food eating habits and patterns that work in real family life with busy schedules
Supporting healthy digestion, bowel regularity, and the gut environment for nutrient absorption and proper detoxification
Exploring lifestyle and hormone factors that influence sleep, energy, and overall recovery
Uncovering hidden physiological stressors that impact overall wellness and affect all aspects of health
Using health history, symptoms, and functional lab screenings to identify healing opportunities
Providing specialized support for families navigating ADHD, autism, selective eating, sensory differences, and related wellness concerns
Your Family
is not a diagnosis
Especially when supporting neurodivergent children, my goal isn’t to change who your child is.
It’s to support their health.
If your child has ADHD or autism and is also struggling with constipation, selective eating, poor sleep, fatigue, or nutritional concerns, those issues deserve attention in their own right.
We’ll focus on helping your child feel as healthy and comfortable as possible while respecting who they are.

How I can Help
For the Whole Family
Personalized wellness support for nutrition, digestion, sleep, stress, energy, and healthy lifestyle habits to sustain longterm wellness.
For Neurodivergent Children
Specialized wellness support using additional functional lab screenings for families navigating ADHD, autism, & neurodevelopmental concerns.
For Parents
Because supporting your family starts with supporting you, too. Nutrition, stress, energy, and sustainable wellness strategies designed for real life.
Understand your health. Don’t just manage symptoms.
Functional wellness isn’t about ordering every screening available or chasing the perfect supplement.
It’s about asking better questions.
Why is my child always constipated?
Why can’t we get my child’s skin rashes to clear up?
Why is my child struggling with behavior, focus, and emotional regulation?
Why am I exhausted all the time and have no energy?
Could my Gut health be impacting other areas of my life?
Why has my weight loss plateaued and I can’t get to my goal weight?
What could be affecting my sleep?
Is there more we can learn from my health history and symptoms?
How are my hormones playing a role in my stress level?
Sometimes the answer is a lifestyle change.
Sometimes it’s nutrition.
Sometimes further screening makes sense.
And sometimes the right next step is talking with your doctor.
My job is to help you understand the possibilities and determine what makes sense for your situation.

Education is at the Heart of everything I do
You shouldn’t have to become a health detective just to understand your family’s health. My goal is to take complex information and make it understandable, practical, and useful—so you can make informed decisions with confidence and find freedom in wellness.

Wholistic Wellness Practitioner
I’m here to help you connect the dots. For years, I’ve been passionate about helping families understand natural approaches to health and wellness. As I continue my training as an FDN-P, I’m expanding that work into functional wellness—looking more deeply at the interconnected factors that influence how we feel. My approach is educational, individualized, and collaborative. I’m not here to tell you that one diet, supplement, or functional lab screening is the answer.
I equip parents to learn + cultivate the wholistic practices that nurture their family to support wellness. Focusing on nourishing whole foods, low-toxin environments, and natural lifestyle changes, I empower families to balance hidden physiological stressors so they can lead healthier, happier, more fulfilling, more resilient lives.
A Thoughtful Approach To Functional Lab Screening
Functional screenings can provide useful non-medical information—but more labs aren’t always better.
The standard screenings I use help us explore a comprehensive picture of your health:
