A local art museum hosts a Lunar New Year festival every year and this is (sadly) the first time we have every been able to join in.  We had such an amazing time though and will definitely be making this a yearly tradition!  Our favorite part was unanimously the lion dance.  One can’t help but have a smile from ear to ear while watching them playfully perform!  Of course, all of the dancing was splendid as well, I always enjoy any chance to watch a performance.  My little loves happily soaked it all in too!  It was nice to hear native Chinese speakers and feel a little bit of “China” right here at home. Xīn nián kuài lè wǒ de péng yǒu!  Happy New Year my friends!
