If you don’t have a selfie stick, I’m going to make the argument that you should spend the $5 to gift yourself one. Especially if your family is too large to fit in an arm’s length iPhone selfie like ours. And also if you are a mom, therefore making it highly likely you aren’t in many pictures with your children, it’s also wonderful. If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the past 6 months, it’s that life is incredibly short. And when I’m not on this earth anymore, pictures are one of the only physical reminders my children will have of me. Even though a few of them may grumble when the selfie stick comes out of my purse, I know they’ll thank me one day. Tangible reminders of our memories are so special, and I have fully embraced the portability of the iPhone camera. The selfie stick now has a permanent home in my purse, affording me the ability to snap cute selfies of us whenever the mood strikes. Like during a lovely lunch together. Happy Sunday!
